A "Neck Knife" is a small fixed blade knife that is primarily designed to be worn around the neck on a string or with a ball chain. The blade of a neck knife is rarely longer than 10cm, usually shorter. It can be worn hidden under a shirt or hanging on the outside of clothing for quick access. Most often, these types of knives have a kydex sheath that holds the knife securely in place and then requires you to use both hands where one hand holds the sheath while the other hand pulls.
