If you carry a lot of equipment in your belt, it becomes extra heavy to carry for your hips and back, so this is a good aid. Blackhawk Belt Pad molds to the body and has ventilation channels. Connects to your existing equipment belt and makes it feel comfortable even when all the equipment is on. Equipment belt is not included but fits together with standard belts from, for example, COP, CPE, GK PRO etc.
