Brian Tighe and Glenn Klecker used the idea from Klecker NIRK but reworked the design with stainless steel that is stamped and machined in a very dynamic and functional fabrication. The steel frame is not only visually exciting, it offers a formidable cutting tool handle as well.

Glenn Klecker is also known for his integrated lockback design mechanics used on the Nirk Tighe knife, with this technology you get a harder and more stable grip on the handle and stronger lock-up to the blade, and Brian Tighe's drop point design makes the Nirk Tighe have a comfortable grip on the handle. Nirk Tighe is designed to keep the blade smooth, using a so-called special cage with ball bearing system in the knife allows you to quickly unfold the blade with smooth operation.
