A lightstick, or light stick as it is called in Swedish, is a light source constructed from a plastic container containing two insulated liquids (one in a glass capsule), which when mixed starts to glow.
This unique light source, which requires neither electricity nor batteries, is very easy to carry and practical to use in an emergency situation, such as marking an accident scene in the dark or as backup lighting in the tent.
To activate the light: Simply bend the plastic container until the glass capsule breaks. Then shake a little to mix the liquid faster.
Disposable: (cannot be used multiple times).
Lighting time: 6 to 7 hours.
