The backpack is comfortable because it is padded in the back and with an adjustable waist strap. The back has 2 mesh side pockets to hold your water bottle when you exercise. Extra straps on the front to keep your things steady even if you are cycling or jogging.

Incredibly functional with its 45 liter volume, which means that the crossfit bag does not set any limitations.
