The reinforcement in the shaft is made of nylon, does not activate alarm arches and provides strong support and fatigue control. The boot has a polishable leather toe, upper part in 1000 denier nylon for strength and comfort. Molded thermoplastic cap at the heel and front at the toes for increased comfort and torsional rigidity. Sewn in the front and back for increased durability and strength. The upper is sewn with 3 turns of nylon thread. Foam padded collar and tongue for protection and increased breathability. Removable EVA orthosis, shock absorption and comfort. Metal parts such as eyelets etc. are made of brass, does not corrode. The collar is perforated for good breathability and fit. The cap is designed with flaps to keep dirt away from falling into the boot. YKK zipper.
